Whose Side Are You On?
Failed to liberate the Mudokons
*MISSABLE*
To unlock this trophy you must kill at least 1000 mudokons between levels 3-15 ( you can ’ t kill any in levels 1-2 ) and view the bad ending. You can not simply finish the level and not save them, you MUST kill them by any means, using sligs, items and environmental hazards, you can track them in the pause menu or individual levels but there is no overall counter so you need to keep path yourself. You will have damaging quarma on most levels and get the bad ending on Level 15, the trophy will not unlock however if you didn ’ deoxythymidine monophosphate kill 1000 of them yourself .
There international relations and security network ’ t a huge total of leeway here but it ’ randomness identical easy, kill every mudokon you come across and in the levels where there are hundreds during the protective covering sequences, just do nothing and allow the sligs to shoot most of them which will net you a lot of kills. Think of any means to get kills even if it seems like you can ’ triiodothyronine, for example coating them in brew bottles and throwing a flare at them and then on .
Below is the total number of kills I had at the end of each horizontal surface :
- Level 1: 0
- Level 2: 155
- Level 3: 0
- Level 4: 24
- Level 5: 31
- Level 6: 31
- Level 7: 15
- Level 8: 241
- Level 9: 45
- Level 10: 32
- Level 11: 47
- Level 12: 0
- Level 13: 409
- Level 14: 25
- Level 15: 27
total : 1082
Captured The Train
Captured a train and escaped from Trellis
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed.
You ’ ll be awarded this trophy upon completing Level 8 : reunion At The Old Trellis .
Escaped The Mines
Escaped the Necrum Mines with the Flagon’s Eye
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed.
You ’ ll be awarded this trophy upon completing Level 13 : escape .
As It Was Foretold
Liberated the Mudokons
*MISSABLE*
To unlock this trophy you need to view the good ending in addition to saving 1000 mudokons across the unharmed game, it is potential to get the good ending and saving fewer than 1000 which means you will miss out on the trophy, so make certain to save every mudokon you come across and you ’ ll meet the 1000 prerequisite with comfort .
In order to unlock levels 16-17, you need to achieve positive quarma in 13 levels at least, the foremost tied will constantly result in positivist quarma as it is not possible to kill any mudokons. You can do this using level blue-ribbon if you went for the bad ending first as you can improve your quarma score by saving at least 80 % of the workers in each charge rather, which will unlock the final 2 levels .
High Stakes
Complete The Sanctum without dying
You will unlock this naturally while completing every level without dying for Hardest Mudokon in the West.
The Sanctum is the 12th floor in the game and features no sligs, but introduces enemies known as sleeches that constantly pursue you through big parts of the grade, in addition to lots of platforming and traps. Make certain to always watch out for atmospheric pressure plates which activate spear traps and constantly have a flare out or your torch switched on as light scares sleeches away and they can ’ metric ton damage you, early than that it ’ s a matter of memorizing where the dangers are in the tied .
This can either be made easy or unmanageable :
- If using level select: you can’t close the application when you die and will have to do the entire level in one attempt!
- If doing it on your story playthrough: just close the game if you die and carry on, it also helps to turn on streamer mode in the pause menu as it tells you how many deaths you’ve had during then level. It goes without saying that it must say Abe Deaths: 0 to unlock the trophy at the end.
Teach A Mud To Fish
Craft your first recipe
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed.
You ’ ll unlock this once you craft the Antidote, as partially of the history on Level 4 : The Funicular .
A Brewtiful Relationship
Crafted at least one of every item in the game
There are 11 items you can craft which are gradually introduced as you progress through the story. Just scavenge all lockers, dumpsters and waste bins you come across and you’ll have absolutely no issue crafting these.
The items are as follow :
- Antidote (Story related)
- IED Stun Mine
- Smoke Screen
- Brewnade
- Bouncy Candy
- Fizzy Pow
- Bouncy Binding Candy
- IED Super Stun Mine
- Sticky Fizzy Pow
- Flamethrower
- Smoke Screen Plus
The earliest you can unlock this is level 13 : The Mines as this is the first charge where you can craft a Flamethrower .
Brewtal
Kill a Slig after coating it in Brew
This will be one of the first trophies you’ll unlock, very likely in Level 2. Simply throw a brew bottle at a slig while it is next to fire, or wait for one to walk past fire and it will ignite and burn to death.
The Light, It Burns!
Scared off at least 500 Sleeches
This is only possible in Level 12: The Sanctum. You will encounter many Sleeches throughout the level but probably not as many as 500 on your first attempt so you may need to repeat it using level select for the rest. You can scare off Sleeches using any light source, such as the Hand-Torch and Flares.
Scavenger
Looted 250 lootables
You’ll unlock this very early, you can loot from various sources such as urns, lockers, dumpsters and waste bins, there are hundreds of them throughout the game and will almost always be in plain sight.
Abe The Healer
Discover, craft and use the antidote on 15 different sick Mudokons
You’ll unlock this on Level 4: The Funicular as long as you are going out of your way to find the other mudokons after you craft the antidote, all 24 in this level need it as well as many others in some later levels.
What A Slog
Out run a Slog for at least 15 seconds
This trophy is tricky as there are no places in the game where you can run for 15 seconds straight from a slog at all. The only way I’ve found is in a few locations where you can close a door behind an alerted slog, it will keep barking at the door for a while if you are making noises and the trophy will then pop after 15 seconds. I got it using this method in Level 5: Sorrow Valley in the first secret area, you can alert some slogs on the ground floor behind a closed door.
Sekto Spring’s Favourite Recycler
Recycle 100 bottles
The description of this trophy is misleading, you must recycle 100 bottles in a SINGLE LEVEL, not in total across every level. There aren’t enough to recycle 100 bottles in most levels, but you will very likely unlock this in Level 14: Feeco Depot as there are a ton of bottles here, especially if you find the secret areas as well.
Trigger Finger
Kill 100 Sligs while possessed
For this trophy you must possess sligs using and using them to shoot other sligs. You’ll probably get this naturally on your bad ending playthrough, if not just possess sligs wherever possible and kill any sligs in sight on a regular basis.
Ch’i Master
Possessed at least one of every type of Slig in the game
There are a total of 10 different kinds of sligs that you can possess throughout the game and all but one of them can be possessed in many locations. Note that the melee attacking “Spear Sligs” cannot be possessed as they wear tinfoil hats so they are not required.
Possessable types listed below .
infantry Sligs :
- Assault Rifle
- Shotgun (red antenna on their head)
- Rocket Launcher
- Flamethrower
- Gatling Gun
- Sniper (can only be possessed in Level 5: Sorrow Valley during the clear the snipers objective)
Flying Sligs :
- Assault Rifle
- Shotgun
- Rocket Launcher
- Flamethrower
- Gatling Gun
The earliest you can unlock this is during level 7 : The Hijack, the first infantry Gatling Gun slig appears near the end of the degree .
Now You’re Thinking With Bird Portals
Rescue 100 Mudokons through bird portals
This will come naturally during your good ending playthrough. You’ll see plenty of bird portals through the game starting from Level 4: The Funicular. Simply press to chant and the birds will open a portal which nearby mudokons you’ve saved will then jump through, thus rescuing them.
IT’S A KNOCKOUT!
Knock out 100 Sligs via depossession
Sligs can be knocked out by possessing them with , then tapping or to release them, which knocks them out. You’ll unlock this early on during your playthrough where you kill fewer than 100 sligs.
Big Spender
Cashed in 500 Moolah at Moolah Gates
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed.
Moolah gates are located in several levels in the floor and require boodle to unlock them, a few are in some secret areas as well. Moolah is currency which is found from looting sligs, lockers / dumpsters / waste bins and recycling bottles. You ’ ll unlock this naturally .
Heartless
End a level with negative Quarma
Most players will likely unlock this during Level 2: The ruins. There is only 1 mudokon to save in this level and he is located by the timed door early in the level which closes after a few minutes. Otherwise just finish any level whilst saving less than 80% of the mudokons which will result in negative quarma. Do this during your bad ending playthrough.
Bloodless
End a level with positive Quarma
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed.
You will unlock this on the first base floor as it ’ s impossible to finish without convinced quarma .
Soulless
Achieve negative Quarma in five levels
This will be done during your bad ending playthrough and will unlock when you save fewer then 80% of modokons in 5 different levels.
Soulful
Achieve positive Quarma in five levels
This will be done during your good ending playthrough and will unlock when you save at least 80% of modokons in 5 different levels.
You’re (Not) On Fire!
Escape Monsaic Lines without taking any damage
Monsaic Lines is the first level in the game. It is difficult to completely avoid any damage in one run due to the sligs that shoot at you from the background. If you take damage you must close the game and re-launch it. Restarting from checkpoint after taking damage still voids the trophy!
Savin’ That Moolah
Beat Eye Of The Storm without using a Vendo in that level
Eye Of the Storm is level 17 and can only be accessed if going for the good ending, achieving positive quarma in at least 13 levels and finishing level 15.
You need to complete the wholly level without using a Vendo machine, including recycling any bottles and I ’ five hundred suggest not using any boodle gates that conduct to the clandestine area to be dependable. You can clean this up on degree blue-ribbon as of patch 1.07 which fixed the trophy from glitching out unless you did it on your first floor playthrough of the horizontal surface. This international relations and security network ’ deoxythymidine monophosphate a very hard trophy, barely boodle as many lockers and sligs as you can and you get more than enough items to make it through the level with ease .
Friend of the Mudokons, Part 1
Rescued enough Mudokons for good Quarma in Reunion At The Old Trellis
For this trophy you must save at least 80% of the workers in Level 8: Reunion At the Old Trellis, you’ll get this going for your good ending playthrough. Just make sure to utilize the mudokons with you to help protect the ones climbing from the sligs and you’ll manage this with ease.
Friend of the Mudokons, Part 2
Rescued enough Mudokons for good Quarma in the Escape level
As above, but this time you must repeat the same on Level 13: The Escape. This is a step up from level 8 as there are several protect sequences with climbing mudokons, you’ll need to utilize other mudokons and place them strategically, arming them with fizzy pop to knock out other sligs that spawn across each room. If too many climbing mudokons die simply restart checkpoint and try again.
Too Pure For This World
Beat the game without killing more than 100 Sligs
*MISSABLE*
This is possibly the most difficult, or most awkward trophy in the game. There is a fair sum of leeway if you think outside the box and cautiously move through each section abusing any items at your administration. You need to keep traverse of slig kills manually. Do note that the GOOD ENDING IS REQUIRED to unlock the trophy, it will NOT POP ON THE BAD ENDING!
The difficulty and boredom of this trophy largely baries, since some sections are slippery to get past without killing sligs, though the huge majority of encounters are possible to get past. The worst levels for not being able to kill many sligs in my opinion are the end section of 15, level 16 and the begin and final areas of degree 17, the lie of the levels aren ’ t very unmanageable to be non-lethal on, they just take a bit more time .
General tips and advice :
- Restart checkpoint immediately if you accidentally kill any extra sligs.
- The vast majority of sligs can be skipped or dealt with non-lethally, think outside the box and considering all non-lethal items you have in each scenario.
- Make use of chanting regularly to knock out sligs to tie them up or run past them (hold to possess the slig and shortly tap or for knockout).
- You can sneak up behind sligs and hold
to knock them out for a few seconds. This is very useful to buy time to run past or tie them up, THIS IS ONLY POSSIBLE ON EASY MODE!
- In protection sequence levels such as Levels 8 and 13, place modukons around the area strategically and arm them with fizzy pop or candy to help knock out sligs that spawn from various spots in the area.
- In areas where you have to navigate a flying slig past many hazards, make sure to complete these with one single slig as they always die when you release them, restart checkpoint if you take more than 1 or 2 tries to complete the section.
- At the end of level 17, save as much bouncy binding candy as possible, you can take out the first 2 waves of enemies quickly instead of killing them with the shrykull. You get through all of it without any kills with some clever IED mine placement and tying them up after the mines float past, but it’s a bit tricky.
hera is the sum number of kills per grade I had on my playthrough and areas where slig kills were ineluctable :
- Level 1: 0
- Level 2: 0
- Level 3: 0
- Level 4: 0
- Level 5: 8 (unavoidable in the sniper section)
- Level 6: 0
- Level 7: 0
- Level 8: 0
- Level 9: 1 (unavoidable progression related kill)
- Level 10: 3 (unavoidable progression related kills)
- Level 11: 1
- Level 12: 0
- Level 13: 3 (unavoidable progession related kills)
- Level 14: 1
- Level 15: 3 (possible to avoid any kills at the end, stand on top of the elevator and avoid rockets, use tape candy on gatling gunners and flamethrowers asap and move under the container if
- things get too hectic, needs a bit of luck)
- Level 16: 10 (mandatory, 6 in the cutscene count for some reason, and have to kill 4 at the start, most tedious level to get low kills in for me)
- Level 17: 7 (can spare them at the end by saving binding bouncy candy and quickly using it on them as they spawn in, it’s possible to not kill any with some clever usage of IED mines and smoke bottles but it is tricky)
sum kills : 37
Hardest Mudokon in the West
Complete every level without Abe dying
This must be done on a good ending playthrough as levels 16 and 17 are required (these levels aren’t available in a bad ending playthrough).
The game is using a different keep open system for the fib playthrough and level choice. Doing it in a history playthrough allows you to quit the game and carry on from anywhere in the level ( the easier and recommended choice ). however, level blue-ribbon saves at checkpoints, but if you quit game you start from the get down, which makes closing the app to wipe out a death not possible and frankincense much harder to achieve than trying this during the story. When you successfully complete a level without Abe dying it will be indicated by a skull icon on the floor selection screen so you can keep track of them .
I would recommend doing this on a newly game after at least one playthrough so you are familiar with all the degree layouts and can make use of the “ close crippled and re-launch ” trick. Make certain to enable streamer mode to keep track of any deaths and close the app if you die, even if the game reloads to a checkpoint it will hush wipe out the death, so you don ’ triiodothyronine even need to backup your save to the PS+ Cloud. I did this on level blue-ribbon and it was much more difficult since you can ’ thymine close the app. Levels such as Phat Station, Necrum and Brewery being the most difficult .

Achieved every badge in the game
Throughout every level in the game there are various Badge requirements, when you fully complete 25%, 50% and 75% of the platinum badges the subsequent trophy will pop.
As for the badges themselves most of them are square and not unmanageable at all, however some will require you to replay levels on a higher trouble or once you ’ ve found the compulsory locker keys. This is because some badges require some total of lockers to be opened which is only possible with a key. Or you ’ ll necessitate to spend 35 boodle on level 7 for model which is not possible on easy mode as the vendo machines don ’ t cost enough to reach the command outgo, so only clean these up after you find all 9 keys. Their locations are included below with screenshots .
The rest of the badges are for other tasks such as finding secret areas and royal jellies, saving all/most of the modukons, looting from enough sources and therefore on. They are all by and large straightforward, the majority of privy areas are obscured by television camera angles and such. Just pay close to attention to the environment and take your time and you should find all or most of them without issue. I found every secret on all but 2 levels in my initial playthrough, any missing ones can be cleaned up via level choose and you ’ ll be doing multiple playthroughs anyhow .
Locker winder locations below, they must be pickpocketed from the relevant slig circled red in each screenshot .
