Now, if you’re firing 5 arrows a second at a target, that Bleeding on Hit may as well be max level. Have you always used a Light Bow ? They fire immediate as hell correctly ? Well, imagine that but faster. much faster. The crouch of the Goddess of War herself. Neith is arguably the greatest unhorse Bow in the game with an insane floor 3 Rate of Fire fringe benefit, a level 1 Bleeding on Hit fringe benefit and Extra Arrow. now, if you ’ re firing 5 arrows a second at a target, that Bleeding on Hit may angstrom well be max level. 
Compendium (Shield)
